It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Glen Gerard Hall, 63, of Ankeny, Iowa, on November 16, 2024, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Glen passed away peacefully at home, in the presence of his adoring wife and children, on his father’s 95th heavenly birthday.

Wink’s Moore on the Market: The insurance industry has lost another good one.
My condolences to the family of Glen Hall.
I will never forget leaving work one night, and seeing Glen in a bucket brigade in the front of the AmerUs Life building at 611- 5th Avenue.
A water main had broken, and our building was in peril. I guess our IT collateral was at risk, were the bucket brigade not to continue.
And Glen? He did it with a smile. I will never forget that smile, under duress.
Godspeed, Glen Hall. Your days of pain are no more. -sjm
