Matt Wion did not set out to specialize in the annuities business, let alone end up leading the retail unit of one of the biggest providers in the country.

Wink’s Moore on the Market: My buddy Matthew Wion, who heads up annuities for New York Life Insurance Company, sees opportunity for improvement in the annuities market. And he’s right.
