Former Pruco Rep Barred By Finra Over Forgeries, Annuity Sales

Finra has barred a former product representative for Pruco Securities, an affiliate of Newark, N.J.-based Prudential, for alleged securities violations including forging customer signatures and putting clients into unsuitable annuity investments.
Christopher Reynolds, who settled the charged in a consent agreeent with the regulator, worked as an investment company and variable contract products representative through an association with Pruco Securities in Canonsburg, Pa., between September 2021 and Jan. 24, when he was fired because of the actions detailed in the settlement, according to Finra.
