Nasdaq composite today: The index closed up 10.20% YTD

The Nasdaq composite closed today [May 14] at 16,508.53. Compared to yesterday’s close, the benchmark index rose by 120.29 points, or 0.73%. Year to date, the benchmark index is up by 10.20%.

Wink’s Moore on the Market: Only 0.2% of indexed annuity sales are based upon the performance of the Nasdaq-100.
