I bought an annuity through a direct-to-consumer platform.
The electronic process was very simple.
At this point, I am waiting for one of their home office agents to contact me about the case.
My inforce 5-year MYGA was renewing at 4.40%.
Why would I renew, when I can get a new 5-year MYGA crediting 6.50%?
That rate sealed the deal! -sjm
