A fired New York Life agent who lost an arbitration case says he shouldn’t have to pay the insurer’s legal fees and expenses.
Dustin Aiguier, a former agent of the year at New York Life, wants the September 6 award by the American Arbitration Association to be thrown out, according to a lawsuit filed last month in federal court in Boston.
