The differences between the investors’ perceptions and their advisors perceptions were far too great. Get this-
“…roughly half (48%) of investors worry about their finances at least several times a month, but only 8% of financial professionals believe their clients worry that much.”
Shocking- right?
How can we change this dichotomy? Better communication with clients? Do we think each are communicating effectively, but coming away from the conversation with something different? – sjm
