More Women Should Be Advisors, Says Top Female UBS FA

More women should consider becoming financial advisors, according to Paula Mogan, an FA and senior vice president at UBS Wealth Management.

“There’s a lot of flexibility that comes with being a financial advisor, because it’s your business and you make your own hours,” Rockland, Massachusetts-based Mogan said, noting the career can be a good fit, in particular, for working mothers.

Women often have “tremendous” natural skill sets that are ideal for financial advice, according to Mogan.
