Hamilton Capital Partners’ founders — both under 30 years old — are counting on their youth, “modern” ideas and candor to help their new advisory practice make strides, especially among small business owners.

Founders and managing partners Alonso Munoz, 27 and Blake Fortune, 29, registered their Atlanta-based advisory firm with the Securities and Exchange Commission in May. Munoz is also its chief investment officer, while Fortune also serves as its chief compliance officer
