EMC Receives 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award

DES MOINES, Iowa (Jan. 28, 2021)—EMC Insurance Companies has earned a 2021 Top Workplaces USA award from Energage, an organization focused on building and branding Top Workplaces across the country. This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 14-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards.

In 2020, EMC’s corporate and branch offices in Des Moines were recognized with a regional Top Workplaces award, as were its branch offices in Denver, Milwaukee and Minnesota.
Award winners for Top Workplaces USA were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
