Young, Black Morgan Stanley FAs on Wirehouse Success: Be Persistent, Ask Questions

Black financial advisors face obstacles in succeeding in the business, but two young Black advisors at Morgan Stanley say the challenges are certainly surmountable, according to news reports.
Isaac Richard III and Dominique Jordan say they want to change perceptions investors may have when looking for an advisor, Black Enterprise writes.
“The wealth inequality gap between Black and white households is too drastic, even to this day,” Jordan tells Black Enterprise.
