Finra Hires New HR Chief; First African-American Direct Report to CEO

Finra says it lured a Lockheed Martin executive to become the industry self-regulator’s chief human resources officer.
Rainia Washington joins Finra as an executive vice president effective June 15 and will report directly to Finra president and CEO Robert Cook, according to a press release from Finra. She will also become part of Finra’s management committee, the industry’s self-regulator says.
