When I started this company 15 years ago, one thing that I was committed to was being independent. I feel that it is very important, as a market research firm, to treat companies fairly and never give preferential treatment to any product manufacturer. No company should ever pay more/less than any other. No company should ever benefit from information, without sharing the same information themselves. No company should ever have more influence on the direction of my company, simply because they have more assets than another. At Wink, we treat the participants of our sales survey as we would want to be treated.
