Tennessee Has a New Insurance Division Head: Personnel Matters

The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance has promoted Bill Huddleston to director of the Insurance Division.

Huddleston previously was the division’s director of receiverships.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Harding University.

Huddleston holds the Certified Public Accountant professional designation. He has represented the Tennessee department in connection with receivership and insolvency efforts at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
