Midwestern School Still Offers Insurance Classes in Person

A firm in Omaha is offering an increasingly rare luxury: insurance exam prep and continuing education classes taught… in person. [As of March 25, 2020]
The Insurance Classroom Education Co. has had to give up offering classes at some community colleges, due to COVID-19-related school shutdowns, but it’s still able to offer other in-person classes in meeting rooms, some schools, and its own offices.
The company is preparing to shift to offering its fall classes online, through a videoconferencing system.
Governors of California, Illinois, New York and some other states have imposed “shelter in place” orders or other orders encouraging most people to stay at home.
