Thank a Soldier

At Wink, we really like to get to know our people. Personally.
This morning, my Manager of Awesomeness, Jamie Johnson, received the following email response from a colleague/client in the midst of dealing with some personal challenges. James Hemmerly is not only a member of our Competitive Intelligence community, but a respected colleague/client, and Disabled Combat Vet.
“You are awesome! Thank you for such great customer service. It is nice when people within a company take the relationships that they/the company have personally and are willing to nurture that relationship. This act may seem little to you, but it is big to us (well to me at least) that are looking for help. [Personal details omitted.] This gave me hope in Customer Service again. :)”
I am reminded of how very thankful I am for our servicemen/women. I am grateful for the freedoms that I have, which they have fought bravely for.
