AXA Adds Chief Strategy And Customer Experience Officer

New York-based AXA Equitable announced the appointment of Caroline O’Connell to the new position of chief strategy & customer experience officer.
O’Connell will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy as well as end-to-end client journey and cross-channel experience.
Prior to joining AXA Equitable, O’Connell worked for BNY Mellon in a number of roles, including chief strategy officer for the company’s Pershing franchise and chief marketing officer for its Investment Services business.
