Regulator friends- help?

HELP! I need a connection in the SEC’s Office of Investor Education. It appears that my competitor inappropriately calls Structured Annuities “Registered Indexed Linked Annuities” (or RILAs), has inaccurately given the SEC the impression that Structured Annuities are Indexed Annuities. They are NOT. The Investor Bulletin describes Structured Annuities; not Indexed Annuities. Many of the enclosed statements are completely inaccurate if applied to Indexed Annuities. Regulator friends- help?
