Prudential Nabs Top Spot Among Latina-Friendly Employers

Prudential Financial occupies the number one position in a new report that ranks 50 top companies in terms of employment best practices for Hispanic professional women.

The 2017 Special Report, Latina Style 50, places three other major life-annuity carriers among the list’s top 25 companies. Among them: New York Life (10th place), Nationwide (15th) and Aflac (23rd).

Most of these insurers moved up in the rankings from 2016. Last year, Prudential occupied 6th place (Marriott International was first).
