Allianz Life Widens FIA Lead Over American Equity

Allianz Life, the nation’s No. 1 seller of fixed indexed annuities, saw its FIA sales more than double over its next closest competitor last year.

Wink’s Note: According to Wink’s Sales & Market Report, Allianz’s year-end indexed annuity sales were up over 16% from last year and American Equity’s were down over 15%, thus “widening” the gap of the #1 and #2 ranked carriers.
