Top Selling Indexed ULs of All Time, 2015

We began tracking the individual product sales of indexed universal life (IUL) products in the second quarter of 2008.  We recently updated our annual “Top Selling Indexed ULs of All Time” chart to reflect IUL sales through 2015. 

Minnesota Life’s Eclipse Indexed Life took over the title of the “Top Selling IUL of All Time” with a total of $425 million in IUL target premium. AXA’s Athena Indexed Universal Life continues in the Top 10, coming in second for IUL target premium.  Accordia Life, Pacific Life, and Allianz Life round out the top five of best-selling IUL products of all time.

Please Note: Indexed life sales include target premiums for universal products, full premiums for whole life products, and 10% of single premiums for true single premium life designs.
