#FirstSevenJobs
August 9, 2016 by Jamie Johnson
Last week, Twitter user @mariancall asked her followers, “What were your first seven jobs?” and the hashtag #FirstSevenJobs took off. Entrepreneur staff writer Lydia Belanger picked up the story and writes “Everyone has to start somewhere.” It’s inspiring to see the zig zagging that others took on the path to success.
It’s also fun to reminisce of where we once were. Who knew that camp counselor, Buzz Aldrin became the man who walked on the moon?!
One of Wink’s industry leading resource for fixed and indexed insurance products started out as the mere Advantage Equity Index Sales Report, then became Advantage Index Sales Report, expanding to Advantage Index Sales & Market Report, sold to AnnuitySpecs.com’s Indexed Sales & Market Report and now taking over the world as the all-inclusive, “product developer’s Bible,” Wink’s Sales & Market Report. #Firstsevenjobs #firstfivejobs #wearentdoneyet
Nearly 20 years ago, Wink’s CEO, Sheryl J. Moore was a young, suddenly-single stay-at-home mom with three babies in diapers. She is now the industry’s foremost authority on insurance products providing competitive intelligence, market research, product development, consulting services and insight to select financial services companies. Where did Sheryl get her start?
- Dish washer
- Grocery bagger
- Pizza slinger
- Shelf stocker
- Teacher’s assistant
- Telemarketer
- Telephone customer service rep
