Preeminent retirement association celebrates 10th year of unparalleled thought-leadership
INDIANAPOLIS (September 15) – As title sponsor of the Retirement Income Industry Association’s (RIIA) annual conference, OneAmerica is bringing together retirement industry experts from across the country to Indianapolis this week to discuss ways to help Americans achieve greater financial security in retirement.
Mapping the New Realities of Retirement
WHEN: September 16–18 // WHERE: Hyatt Regency, Indianapolis
“Mapping the New Realities of Retirement” will provide perspective on a range of retirement challenges and potential solutions in a rapidly changing retirement landscape. Experts will focus on new approaches to retirement planning, the impact of changing technology, ways to leverage financial products to achieve income goals in retirement and the unique challenges facing women. They will also discuss the importance of optimizing Social Security and understanding Medicare and retirement healthcare costs as part of the retirement planning process.
“We’re excited to have brought this important event to Indianapolis,” said Nicolas Lance, RMA®, vice president of retirement income strategies for OneAmerica. “With many of the country’s most influential retirement experts presenting at this conference—marking RIIA’s 10th anniversary—we anticipate it playing an influential role in shaping retirement thinking and practice over the next decade.
“Financial advisors, academia and product manufacturers will leave feeling energized with new ideas about retirement income solutions and strategies that help achieve better outcomes for clients,” added Lance.
The conference also will highlight the impact of a number of mega trends that will shape Americans’ retirement experience over the next 10 years. Thought leaders will be coming together to discuss new research detailing the impact of these trends on retirement plans and retirees’ household balance sheets.
“RIIA is delighted be working with OneAmerica and our other sponsors and partners on this event and to celebrate our 10th anniversary in Indianapolis,” said Francois Gadenne, co-founder, chairman and executive director of RIIA. “OneAmerica’s support underscores the company’s client-focused approach to achieving its clients’ retirement objectives.”
