Axa hires Prudential’s Herrmann for U.S. financial protection

(Bloomberg) — Axa SA named Ronald Herrmann to head its U.S. financial protection business as France’s biggest insurer seeks expansion in the world’s largest economy.

Herrmann joins from Prudential Financial Inc. where he was executive vice president for distribution and sales, Axa said Thursday in a statement. He will lead the manufacturing and distribution of the U.S. unit’s life insurance products and will report to Nick Lane, head of Axa U.S. Life and Retirement. Click HERE to read article
