The Challenge…

I have been in my current role with Unum for just over three years. Prior to working in the insurance industry, I studied finance at Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. I work with broker partners across the central and western New York markets to help develop forward-thinking and consultative ancillary/voluntary benefits strategies for clients in the 10-2,000 life segment.

Here’s my question: As we all know, our industry continues to undergo rapid change and growth as technology continues to be a mainstay in the marketplace. How do you see technology affecting the role of brokers and consultants going forward?
