The National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA) unveiled its new Annuity Education Toolbox. The resource gives NAFA members access to valuable educational resources to help consumers better understand the benefits of fixed annuities.
The NAFA Annuity Education Toolbox gives corporate and producer members access to articles, videos, guides and publications specifically designed to better educate consumers. Access is available online at NAFA.com in the members section. The toolbox currently includes three consumer publications (“Fraud: How Can I Protect Against Fraud When Buying a Fixed Annuity?”, “Protection: Is My Annuity Protected If My Insurance Company Fails?”, “Income: How Will I Get Income from My Annuity?”); Frequently Asked Questions and Common Terminology; State Guaranty Fund Guide & Insurance Department Directory; Resource Guide for Consumer Information; Fixed Annuity Facts.org an educational website for consumers; Retirement News Widget; and “Get the Basics on Indexed Annuities” consumer video.
