NAILBA Announces New CEO

(Fairfax, Va.)—The National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) has named Jack Chiasson, CAE as their Chief Executive Officer. He joined the staff in 2004 and has served as NAILBA’s Executive Director since August, 2007.
“This change reflects the more strategic nature of Jack’s responsibilities,” said NAILBA Chairman of the Board Dexter S. Umekubo, CLU, ChFC, adding, “His leadership since accepting the role of Executive Director has reinforced the association’s relationship with our industry counterparts, and his new title more accurately recognizes his efforts.”
“I look forward to continuing my work with NAILBA’s volunteer leadership and staff, and to strengthening the voice of the independent brokerage channel,” said Chiasson. “Working together, we will advance the organization’s strategic plan and continue to serve as the national association of life, health and annuity distributors.”
