INSURANCE: New law includes partial-annuitization provision

A bill signed into law last year includes a provision that addresses partial annuitization. Called the Small Business Jobs Act, HR 5297 essentially simplifies the process for owners of non-qualified deferred annuities to annuitize a portion of their annuity contract.
