Futurity First Buys Dressander

Futurity First Insurance Group Inc. has acquired an independent marketing organization (IMO).
Futurity First, Rocky Hill, Conn., is an insurance distributor.
The IMO, Dressander & Associates, Inc., Naperville, Ill., specializes in the sale of retirement-oriented annuities.
Futurity First and Dressander have not announced the price of the deal.
Dressander, Futurity First’s own career system, and BHC Marketing, an IMO that Futurity First acquired in September, will continue to operate as separate businesses, Futurity First says.
