Allianz Life Hires Julia Gutz Moller as Senior Director of US Marketing

Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz) today named Julia Gutz Moller as the new senior director of US Marketing. In this role, Gutz Moller will be responsible for the advertising and marketing plans across all Allianz operating entities in the US.
“Gutz Moller’s wealth of experience in product management, marketing and strategic and program leadership will be a tremendous benefit to Allianz US Marketing team,” said Amanda Brinkman, vice president of Brand and Creative Services at Allianz Life. “Her leadership will be crucial as we continue to build the Allianz brand and share our story with both financial professionals and consumers.”
A tax attorney by trade, Gutz Moller started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Twin Cities where she specialized in individual, 501©(3) and ERISA tax consulting. She has also held positions in marketing and product management with Wells Fargo Retirement Services and Ameriprise Financial where she has worked for the past 11 years. Most recently, Gutz Moller was the vice president of Integrated Marketing for Ameriprise where she was responsible for leading the strategic integration of the internal and public facing marketing initiatives.
Gutz Moller earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. She also has MBA and JD degrees from the University of Iowa.
