Allianz Life Signs Stricker

Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America has added one of the top professional golfers to its golfer sponsorship roster.

Allianz Life, Golden Valley, Minn., a unit of Allianz S.E., Munich, Germany, has signed Steve Stricker to a sponsorship agreement that starts this year. Stricker is one of the top 3 male professional golfers.

Allianz Life also sponsors 4 other professional golfers, and it is the title sponsor of the Allianz Championship at Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton, Fla., which is set to start Feb. 19.
